I have 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the intensive care, cardiovascular and neurological-trauma care units.
I am a new author in an anthology GIRL, GET UP AND MOVE-More Than a Conqueror.
I am also an Executive Contributor for the COLOR OF WELLNESS magazine-the first national nurse-led magazine.
I am also an accountability coach.
More About Me
I have a heart for health and wellness and community outreach. This passion has given birth to Legacy Launchers Inc in 2021-a 501C3 non-profit organization that provides free and reduced cost introductory programs in media and performance arts, fashion and culinary arts to disadvantaged adolescents 14-17 years old, in the Central Florida area, along with our community health and wellness programs.
